FOOD TRUCK PRIVATE EVENT INFO:
We charge $175/serving hour. Let’s say we serve food from 11-12PM but we clean up from 12-1PM. You only get billed for the serving hour.
We charge $2/mile (roundtrip) for drive time from 138 N. Groffdale Rd. New Holland to your location.
After the event is over, we bill you for what your team or party purchased. We usually send out billing within a week after the event. Our regular menu prices apply. You can have us exclude certain items from our menu if you wish to keep things more streamlined for your team. You can also customize what we serve to your team (if you want to serve everyone the same thing, for example).
We kindly ask for a $500 deposit before the event. Once you commit to the date, we will send you the invoice to your email address.
We ask for $1,500 minimum for a private event such as this. If the combination of serving time, mileage fees, 10% tip and menu costs do not add up to $1,500, we will still bill you $1,500.
